We are a real estate mediation company based in Portugal, registered under the commercial name ARE, mediação imobiliária, Lda, with IMPIC license 9492 (regulated by the Portuguese authority for construction and real estate, IMPIC). “ARE” stands for “Algarve Real Estate”, as our company was founded in the Algarve with our first website, algarverealestate.com, launched in 2012. Over time, we expanded and adopted the name ARE to launch additional websites, including lisbonproperty.com for the English-speaking market, lisbonproperty.com/fr for French speakers, lisbonproperty.com/pt for Portuguese speakers, and lisbonproperty.com/fr for Spanish speakers.
